Hello Chicsters!

December 2015 Favourites

Tom Ford Matte Lipstick in 05 Plum Lush: This creamy yet matte (just the way I like it) lipstick is the perfect evening wear lippie. Being a fall color its suitable for this time of the year and will pair up well with most of the outfits though it be a little black dress or a skater skirt. This color will suit most skin tones and is absolutely flattering. Read the full review here… Sleek i-Divine eyeshadow pallette in Vintage Romance: I have pigmented eye lids and so I like eyeshows that are highly pigmented as well. Even though this is a drugstore brand the colors in this palette are very pigmented. The palette offers many plum shades that can be used to get a dramatic eye makeup. But mostly I go for the plum yet earthy shades Propose in Prague and A vow in Venice and pair them with a bold lip. This cooled toned pink compliments my sunkissed skin and provides a soothing pink glow. The color works well with almost any look that you would want to opt for, I usually go for dramatic eye makeup or bold lips. Read the full review here…

Givenchy Noir Couture 4-in-1 Mascara: So this mascara is surely my current favourite mostly cause of the volumising full lash effect it provides. More than it being volumising in nature it gives me a single lash effect that I absolutely am in love with. The 4 in 1 formula in itself is wonderful as it helps boost lashes by providing nutrition, revitalization, fortification, and protection. Read the full review here…

Yankee Candle in Red Berry and Cedar: My idea of a good aromatherapy session at home includes a warm bath, a good book to read and candles. Its good to stop and sometimes just relax a bit to function in a better way in personal and professional life. Due to this habit of mine my liking towards scented candles has grown immensely in the last few years. I had been wanting to try Yankee candles but that wasn’t possible due to availability issues. However, when I came across these 50g mini candles online I got for myself 3 variants: Spiced Pumpkin, Red Berry & Cedar and Pomegranate Cider with two of each. The burn time of each candle is 15 hours making it worth every penny. This candle in particular has the scent of freshly squeezed berries with light woody notes to it. I am head over heels for these candles and will definitely be trying more variants from them soon.
