I wanted to share this post with you before I went on my vacation but due to time constraints I couldn’t complete this post. Travel Makeup Essentials

This has been one of my favorite lippies for a long time now so it was obvious that this baby was going to tag along with me on this trip. I love the way it glides on lips and then appears to give a nice velvet matte look. I usually have to apply a bit of lip balm prior to application but due to the lovely summer weather I did not have to prep my lips. The product easily lasts for atleast 8hours in my experience and is not much transferable. Full review here…

2. Milani baked blusher in Bella Rosa

The Milani Baked blush in Bella Rosa is a warm toned, rosey pink shade. The warm undertones work brilliantly with my NC42 skintone. The blusher has a matte, non shimmer texture that does not accentuate my pores. The product gives a smooth finish that blends well and diffuses into my skin making it look all natural. Full review here…

3. Lollipops Paris Matte Concealer – Light Beige

I had received this concealer in my November 2015 Fab bag and within no time it has become one of my favorite concealers. It is really difficult to find a concealer with the right yellow and orange hues in it. The product covers up dark spots, blemishes and even breakouts very well and compliments my sunkissed skintone.

4. Mac Studio Fix Powder plus Foundation in NC42

If you are planning a trip to any humid location then this matte non shimmery product can really be your savior. It controlled my oily skin and when I wanted to create a nude look I used this product on its own too. The NC42 shade has more warm undertones in it that works well with a sunkissed skintone thus making it a perfect shade match for me.Full review here…

5. Maybelline Eyeconic Black Kajal

Any and every look that I create is incomplete without a good black kajal. During the daytime I opted for a no makeup look and this liner played an important role in it. I do not have oily eyelids but the staying power of this liner is really good as it lasted for me more than 6 hours. The twist up liner made application procedure super easy while travelling.

6. Lash sensational mascara (waterproof)

I had purely got this mascara to find out for myself what all the hype was about and I am more than glad that I did decide to try it out. It provides a lengthening and volumising effect that is buildable. However, more than providing a voluminous look it focuses on creating a fanned out lengthening effect. Most of all I love the non-clumpy, single lash effect that this mascara has to offer.

7. Fit Me! Poreless foundation in 310 Sun Beige

This creamy yet lightweight foundation is perfect for everyday wear. It helps hides nearly all the darkspots and blemishes. It is easy to apply, blend and gives a natural finish. I teamed this with my Mac studio fix compact for a subtle evening look and it turned out to be one of the best base product combinations I have tried. Full review here…

Hope you enjoyed this post. Also, have you tried any of the products I have specified in this post? Are there any other products you would like to recommend me?
